ABOUT ME
My Background
Diversified experience in woodworking and design, sculpture, printmaking, painting, drawing, jewelry design,and teaching. I hold a BA in Education, MA in painting and sculpture, and an MFA in printmaking and painting with a minor in french literature.
My Medium
I use many different mediums, such as wood, acrylics, oils, pastels, metal and stone. A creation can't be limited to one medium .
My Influence
My grandfather has always been my inspiration. He painted on walls, made planters for his garden out of sea shells and to us kids was the essence of art- not an "artist"-he would never have used that word to describe himself-his art was a way of life.
